The purpose of this blog is to share some of my experiences; reviews of destinations, accommodations and various means of transport; share advice on the best routes and cheapest methods; and show you that traveling is for anyone, with any budget. Being a Muslim my niche is also on halal travel.

I have more than 12 years of experience working as a Business Analyst, SAP Banking consultant, Solution Architect and Enterprise Architect, but in September 2013 I quit my full-time salaried job to try something new, on my own. I am currently founding a Mixed Reality startup and offering Digital Business consulting services.

I have also launched Immersive Authority, a site which tracks immersive technology developments and strategies and opportunities to implement. My Mixed Reality startup falls under the Immersive Authority brand. And, being a traveler that looks for destinations with fresh air (but sometimes has to contend with polluted air).

I am currently living in Johannesburg, EA consulting (remotely during Lockdown Level 1) to a monetary authority, and preparing for the launch of sharedtrust.app
